I think this is a little too much sap for me to swallow. I like the fantastic elements, I like the war story, and I even like the cute little kid. But I don’t trust Roma Downey not to put a little God in there, make it cheesy, and mess things up. The visuals look cool though; maybe it’s a film that would do better on mute.
