I wouldn’t watch this with my eyes open for a million bucks, though I guess I’d sit there looking at my knees for 2 hours while trying not to listen to what was going on.  Talk about taking our most basic fear, the dark, and slamming that fear in our faces.  If I watched this I’d have nightmares, daymares, all kinds of mares, and I would never forgive whoever made me see it.  The dark is scary because we can’t see what’s around us, which means danger, which means possible injury, so we freak out & avoid it if we can.  Makes sense evolutionarily, but I don’t want that fact used against me.
