Looking at this director’s filmography, it’s no wonder this movie shouts “Dennis Quaid.” I’ve seen the guy actually act before, but mainly he does these cheesy, 2nd tier pictures that get some mainstream attention but are in no way high quality. Hey, you could say the same about McDonald’s! Irony. Anyway. I don’t trust Michael Keaton, despite his Birdman & Spotlight successes, and I sure don’t trust the rest of the cast: Offerman, Dern, Patrick Wilson, Linda Cardellini, John Carroll Lynch, B.J. Novak. I think I’ll pass.
