Baseball is back! Opening Night has come and gone, Opening Day as well, and the season is in full swing, with each club ready to make a run at the World Series.  The Cubs and the Indians are the teams to beat, but each team has an equal chance early on and will be trying their best to win early & often.  Let’s take a look at the first games of the 2017 season.

NYY 3 @ TB 7 – Tanaka tanks early, Longoria & Morrison homer.

SF 5 @ Ari 6 – Bum Ks 11, hits 2 HRs, but Melancon blows the save.

ChC 3 @ StL 4 – Grichuk saves the day with a HR and a walkoff.

Mia 2 @ Wsh 4 – Marlins strike early, but Nats win late.

Atl 0 @ NYM 6 – Mets score 6 in 7th in a rout.

Pit 3 @ Bos 5 – Porcello outduels Cole, with a Kimbrel save

Col 7 @ Mil 5 – Brewers commit 3 errors and lose at home.

Tor 2 @ Bal 3 – Trumbo homers in the 11th to win it.

SD 3 @ LAD 14 – Kershaw & the Doders pummel the Padres.

Phi 4 @ Cin 3 – Feldman and the Reds lose their home opener.

KC 1 @ Min 7 – Strahm’s 108.0 ERA crashes the Royals.

Cle 8 @ Tex 5 – Tribe surges late, despite Odor’s 2 HRs.

Sea 0 @ Hou 3 – Keuchel perfect, Mariners only manage 3 hits.

LAA 2 @ Oak 4 – Khris Davis smashes a pair in a win.

Det @ CWS – Postponed
