I like goofy Westerns as much as the next guy, and I’m willing to forgive a few horse apples in order to enjoy them. But I’m not sure that includes John Travolta. That might be going a bit too far, and combining his with the rest of the imbeciles that will form his posse might be too much to handle. I like Ethan Hawke, but I doubt this role suits him, and I think the movie ends up more a joke than a hit.
