Wow, I did not see that coming. These backcountry crime thrillers might be a dime a dozen, but very often they carry a rare and raw quality that is spectacular to see, and I wonder if Mean Dreams just might be exactly that. I’m interested in these performances from these actors; it would be a shocker if any of them did tremendous jobs. But they just might, that’s the exciting thing, and I hope they do.
