Putting the cool black & white look aside, and ignoring the few beautiful scenes of water, I don’t believe there’s enough here to hook me into seeing this film. It seems visually appealing, but perhaps a bit of a Terrence Malick copy-cat, and probably a typical thriller at its core. Basically, I don’t think that the actual film will live up to an intriguing trailer.
