Anna Kendrick has talent out her eye balls. She’s likeable, she’s pretty, she can sing, she seems normal, she’s got it all going. I don’t know whether this movie ends up being my style; I know it’s a big Broadway hit but it looks really over-dramatic, like maybe it can only survive on the stage and not up close & personal. Still, I’d give it a chance, watch it with my wife and pretend I’m doing her a favor.
