This movie actually doesn’t look that terrible, but that’s hardly a compliment, and I don’t really trust the stars to make things work that are, at their base, iffy at best. Patrick Wilson was fairly great in Bone Tomahawk, but this film seems to be copying No Country For Old Men, Sicario, and Hell or High Water, movies it has no business getting near. I would watch this with low expectations if I were asked to, but I doubt I seek it out.
