Well this is a strange take on the standard zombie theme. I’m not sure what to think about it. There are enough elements that look like what I’m used to; the growling, the neck biting, the shuffling swarms. But then there’s the deeper sci-fi element, this dystopian society that’s emerged to battle the zombie horde. I’d like to get my hands on the book perhaps, but I think I’m tentatively excited about the movie.
