Questions concerning the aftereffects of drone strikes are making their way into our theatres, as filmmakers begin to understand that this is a very unique and complicated situation. People die without seeing it coming, people kill without touching emotion, lives are changed by decisions and actions made thousands of miles away. It’s a fascinating topic to make a movie about, it just hasn’t been done smoothly yet, and I’m not sure this is the film that makes it all work.
