I know it’s an easy word that critics aren’t supposed to use, but this movie is a mess. A hot mess at that, a cluttered, clunky, disheveled mess that we probably shouldn’t watch. It looks to be the combination of a hundred films, and if it weren’t for some really solid talent attached to it (Keough, Yelchin, Keener), I’d write it off completely.
