I do love boxing movies, although I’m not sure about a boxing movie about the boxer that a famous boxing movie was inspired by. It’s almost as if there’s an important step missing there that might be necessary for us to love this film. I do like the actors involved, Liev & Naomi, who were engaged until recently and have kids together. I want to give this film a shot, even if the ceiling is probably pretty low.
