Director: Daniel Barnz

Starring: Jennifer Aniston, Sam Worthington, Anna Kendrick

Release: January 2015

Putting aside all the self-praise in the trailer, this really does look like a career performance from Jennifer Aniston.  She is a good actress, not just a Rachel Green, and she has the talent to take this role on at the age of 44 and make it award-worthy.  And the story looks very honest, very painful, very real.  Umm, except the part where she falls in love with a hunky Australian and then starts seeing the ghost of his dead wife.  Could they just not help themselves?  Could they not leave well enough alone and let this be a serious drama without turning it into a Nicholas Sparks novel?  Stupid Hollywood.
