This is Aranoa’s first shot at the Big Time, and I’m guessing he falls short. Sure, the aid worker story is there, the pathos, the documentary feel. But what else is there? A couple OK actors? Nah, not quite enough to make this a must see. I can’t imagine its being very impactful or memorable.
