I have to say, this trailer looks like it’s going to turn into a movie that is nothing like the book. I just read Cell the novel and I loved it. It was like Stephen King was tired of zombie stories sucking & decided to make one that didn’t. He succeeded. There’s actually not a ton of typical zombie action, it’s more internal than that, and it makes for a stirring read, if not exactly a thrilling one. I do notice multiple key scenes from the book in the trailer, and I do love these two leading men, so I’ll hold out hope that this isn’t a cop out from the book, that it doesn’t just take the easy, bloody road.
