Berg & Wahlberg teamed up for 2013’s Lone Survivor and managed to make a fine movie. Not a great one by any means, but it worked, and I think the pair can make another intense true story work again. Walhberg has enough personality to support the role, and I like the additional side actors that we didn’t see much of in the trailer: Kurt Russell and John Malkovich. I wouldn’t put too much pressure on this film to be something spectacular, but I think we can safely predict something solid.
