The teaser was weird, and I hoped the trailer would be better, but I had to imagine that the final product would be well worth the risk. After all, it’s Aronofsky, and the guy’s a genius, not to mention Jennifer Lawrence, who makes a few missteps with her film choices now & then but can always be relied upon for a solid performance. And now that we’ve seen a real trailer, my doubts have disappeared. This movie is going to fuck us all up.
