I like gritty Australian movies, though what other kind are there. And I like both Kidman & Fiennes. I don’t particularly love thrillers, I feel that they’re aiming for some other goal than what I’d choose. So I’m not sure where I stand on this film. The kidnapping theme is very popular right now for whatever reason, and this looks like it might be well done. But just how much sadness can we take, cause you know this is gonna be a heavy one.
