If I was already tired of the emotional drain of this film a minute into the trailer, how can I be expected to make it through two hours? I almost guarantee that the acting will be top-notch here, that the story will be raw, that we’ll be forced to feel whether we want to or not. But how much can we take? On some level movies must be acceptable in order to be appreciated, and I wonder if this film missed that.
