I sure hope I’m wrong, but I think this film ends up being terrible. Just terrible. I love the original, hated all the others, and didn’t really enjoy the books all that much. I just have this feeling that this movie will be a giant, unbelievable cheese ball, a ripoff of a great concept, and a money-maker that cares about nothing else. I hope there are at least some references to the original, some great Pratt moments, and a few strong sequences, because I’ll be in the theatre regardless. But I’m starting to worry.
