I have a friend from Big Stone Gap, Virginia, and this film was shot on location there amid the beauty of the place, which at least makes it just a little special. And although normally I don’t get into these sappy, romantic, Hallmark movies, I think this one will actually have enough heart to become passable. I can’t say I’m looking for it to blow my mind or make me cry, but it just might win me over by the end, and that would be something.
